William Akin
William Akin taught himself to read at age 5 and has spent most every day since teaching himself to write. A once attempted shortcut during an Indianapolis rush hour ended three days later and landed him in the high desert of Central Oregon. Enchanted (in the literal sense) by the local flora and fauna, he stayed on. His prose and poetry can be found in myriad print and electronic journals. Currently at work on his memoirs.
c.vance
Originally from Central Oregon, c.vance now resides in Minneapolis where everyone is disturbingly nice. A oncewas founder of a now-defunct publishing company and published in various places both online and in print. Employed in a warehouse, he makes it through most days knowing a novel with the name “c.vance” on it is coming out in the Fall that few will ever read— we: a reimagined family history through Jaded Ibis Press.
